Refused to return money for a product I purchased which was such garbage. It has been over 7 months and now this fraudulent company wants me to do a charge back with my bank when it is their responsibility to refund money.

I ordered from this company. They charged me 2x my order made. There is no answer for customer service or chat or any way to speak with a rep.

They are now texting me a lot about other offers.

Please be careful...I don't know if I will get my order at all or be able to return if received.

Do not purchase anything from: The New OshenWatch 3.

I ordered a watch through this company in May 2020 via PayPal. I was never able to speak to a live person or leave a message by calling the number advertised. The phone number was: 609-414-7087. I was never able to get a response via the support email advertised. I contacted PayPal for assistance and they were of no help and I closed my account with them.

I eventually received the watches on 7/3/20. They sent me 3 watches with no charger. Without the charger cord you can not even set the watches up! I contacted PayPal with my problem and requested a refund. They were of no help, so I am out $123.43 because I have not been able to contact anyone to get this resolved. There are several other scam websites that have customers complaining of the same issues as I have.

I did the same as you through pay pal. £88.93 I have been trying to get my money back.
But pay pal doesn't wont to no. its been going on since may..to charge the watch use
USB port take the strap off. hope you get your money back. ONE BIG SCAM

I ordered items from Strong Current Enterprises Limited thru PayPal on May 3 and have yet to receive the product as of June25. I filed a complaint with PayPal but my claim was closed because they said I did not contact by a given date. I had contacted thru the buyer which I presumed Paypal reads stating I wanted a refund and escalate to a claim. I had done the original dispute and Paypal sent them my complaint so I thought this was how we resolved thru this "chat".

I tried contacting Paypal thru chat with no success due to automated answers and called but the calling center is closed due to covid 19. I needed help on how to file a claim the way they wanted but had no success. Paypals site mentions that there are at least 50 complaints against Strong Current Enterprises Limited for not receiving their order and how Paypal was not handling the complaints seriously.

Saw this ad on Yahoo homepage for the starscope monocular. I communicated with a representative on 1/9/20 via email who assured me that their US office was there to address any needs and assure my satisfaction with the product. I ordered the product, paid $56.94 including S&H, and as of this date 2/27/20, I have not received the product nor a credit on my credit card. The US rep has made promises to ship the product and offered a discount and non of that has happened. I'm not just trying to get a refund issued on my credit card. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT OR COMPANY!
