I ordered 2 hoddies for my daughter on November 24,2024. I got an order number of 6214, and the next day got a tracking number. 92612903396155000103464003, everything at first seemed legit. November 27, 2024 shipping label was created, USPS waiting item in Melrose Park IL 60160 at 7:03AM. Then nothing for DAYS on tracking but thought because of Thanksgiving and holidays things are backed up. Go back on to check and December 6,2024 package arrived at the shipping partner facility, and USPS was awaiting item in Woodridge IL @ 2;56am, next day December 7th it departed shipping from Woodridge IL at 7:02am SAME day December 7th it arrived at the shipping center BACK at the Woodridge IL location. NOTHING for a few days. December 9th it arrived at the shipping partner AGAIN at the SAME LOCATION WOODRIDGE IL @ 4:21pm. I emailed the company a few times about this and I keep getting told its almost to me give it a few more days. I wait, December 14th now it arrived AGAIN at the SAME WOODRIDGE IL Location at 1:00pm. To where it stands as of December 16th @ 10:34 pm still same location. I reached out to the company many times, they said they wont refund me because its already been shipped. I just Cant believe this item has shipped due to the fact that its been in the SAME location.
