I received a survey (out of the blue) online. I filled out the survey (wish I knew who it was from) and then the reward was paying shipping only for a choice I made. I paid the $1.95. Apparently there was a BOX TO UNCHECK that I did not see that allowed the scammer to remove an additional $89.95 from my account. The company named Struck A Deal then removed the amount. I called them only to have them refuse to give me a full refund and after lots of yelling, they finally gave me back only half the refund. I will have to dispute the rest through the bank.

The reward I chose was an ipad. I refused that also and had my name removed from everything they had on me.
