the company provides varying tracking information that shows the product has reached the united states, goes from tallahassee to other states. they are insisting deliveryw as made. they refuse to work with me and refund me. their fb page shows many many other people who have been scammed by them and never receive their order and contacts company who insists deliveryw as made and refuse to refund their money too.

This company has a return policy posted that they do not follow. I received the items I ordered which were nothing like what the website showed, so I emailed them asking them how I should return them to get a refund. They asked for photos of the items in the original packaging which I provided - never even tried the items on - and they said they could not issue a return unless incorrect items were sent. I sent them a screenshot of the refund policy on their website which states that if any item isn't to your liking and is unworn it can be returned. They replied that they would be able to offer me $2 in refund, the items I wanted to return cost $150! Beware, do NOT ever order from this company.

I ordered a sweatshirt. The website said 7-15 days for delivery. It took over a month. That was the first problem. Once i finally received the item, it looked like a cheap knockoff of the item I ordered. I went back and forth many times with them about this scam. Finally, they offered me compensation of USD$3!!!!!!!!! That offer was an insult. They refused to accept a return or process a refund. This company is a scam. Be warned!

I bought 2 sweaters. One arrived with the bottom sewn on inside out. The other hasn't arrived. It's been 46 days. I never received confirmation email. I have been asking for 2 weeks for a full refund or them to send me the correct items and they refuse. They offered $4. I paid $54 so this is unacceptable.

The shirts look like quality cotton shirts they're polyester and they're oversized The size chart is way off I usually wear medium it's a large and the sleeves are longer than halfway down my hands. They advertise a return policy that they do not uphold the most they give you for $72 is $10 and that was after 12 emails. They have a web page on Facebook and all you see are complaints. I asked them if I could send the shirts back and they said it's too expensive to send to China and I said but they shipped from your fulfillment center in Illinois...

No matter what I've tried they would not give me the right size and take the shirts back or refund my money.

They advertise no disputes in returns you cannot reach them by phone and by email all they keep saying is I I'm sorry I hope you forgive me.
