There was an ad on Facebook for some really cool car shades. So i bought 2. i never received a tracking number or any email saying my items have shipped. I went to the email that i recieved when i bought the items and the track your order was down. So i reported the issue to paypal requesting a refund. I got a response from PayPal saying we can not refund you because the company has provided a tracking number. No mail courier was listed for the tracking number. I got a package in the mail a few days later with items i did not order. I find the email address given to me from PayPal and i send an email requsting a full refund. I get an email back saying they can give me a 10% refund, then changed to 20% and now its 25% refund, it also stated i can purchase the product from them again saying they can send me the right product and i can keep what i got and resale it myself.
