On screen charge was $57 + $22 fee, credit card was charged for $79 + $39 fee.

I purchase 2 tickets for the Morgan Wallen concert to occur at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena on Saturday, May 25, 2024. I purchased these tickets online via StubHub's online portal on Sunday, May 12, 2024. On the date of the concert, when i logged into my account to access the tickets, I only had one available for entry. I was unable to get anyone on support at the time of this issue, so I had to buy a 3rd ticket for entry.

They now will not refund my money due to not reaching out at the time of incident.
