NEVER AGAIN...Buyer Beware

Worst online shopping experience!
Purchased a size 9.5 slippers, they sent me slippers no bigger than a size 7.

* Expect me to send more money for the correct size.

In my opinion, I've been scammed.

On Jan 6 I submitted and pay an order for one item that I never get; after several attempts trying to reaching them they requested for more money to resend the item but I never get the item sent to me.

I bought a shoe online, based on a picture which looked like a regular, hard shoe, but turned out to be made of cloth. It arrived from China in 3 weeks. I returned the shoes to the RETURN TO address in NY on the package, which cost me 7.95, and I received the package back with a message, "insufficient address,: So, I contacted StuckatHo.me. They told me to return them to an address in Australia! When I questioned this, they gave me a return address in WA. It cost me 15.95 baseline service to mail the shoes. Then, Stuckatho.me deducted 4.99 for previous shipping and handling, so I got 11.06 back from a 39.95 purchase. When I asked for a refund of the 7.95 for the fraudulent address, they refused based on the fact that their return policy is posted on their website. Worst shopping experience ever!

I googled comfortable walking shoes and the website came up. It looked legit enough and I didn't search any reviews outside of what was on the website. That was my mistake. I ordered a pair of shoes for about $40. They shipped from China, even though the company is in Australia. They took a month to get here and looked like a cheap, ugly knock off of the shoes in the picture on the website. The colors were off, the design was off, and they were stuff and heavy. There is no way they would be comfortable, even if they were the right size. I emailed them right away and they got back to be within a day offering that they either send me a bigger or smaller size for $10 or I pay return shipping to their Australia address. I priced it out and the shipping would cost $157. Big scam. 100% satisfaction guarantee on their website is obviously a lie. I'm just glad I didn't buy more stuff from there in my original order.

I ordered an item from them with out doing research unfortunately. They make it out to look like they are a US based company - when actually - they are an Australian company and then drop ship stuff from china.
When i realized this - i had emailed them - and they were like... "oh well" - and no they wouldnt cancel the sale either
of course, the item arrived not as described - and when i went to return - it would cost more to return then the item cost!

Advertised for orthopedic sandals but product is not orthopedic but hard and cheap sandals . I can get a better pair at the dollar store. It was sent by YW Co. Ltd. in Mississauga, Ontario. There is no phone number for contact, no return address, even though return is allowed but refund not promised.
