This company claims to warranty their products; however, they do not take any product back nor do they give another product for a defective product. Sent demonstrations of the problem (after use of 4months) the rubber on the product does not seal properly which creates a leak after every other turn. The Studenglass team saw a video demonstration of the product and stated via email chain that "it should not leak". They never corrected the problem and decided to send a globe which was not a problem at all instead of what was the problem THEY NEGLECT TO FIX.
