I was advised that my student loans were going to be reformulated and restructured and removed from my credit report as of January 1, 2023, but it is still showing up on my credit report. Additionally, I am frequently contacting Lamont and he is always saying that he will follow up with me but never does and gives me an attitude about it. I have paid a yearly fee for his services but there is nothing he promised showing.
