This is David from the REAL Student Loan Advocates in Florida. Kevin Nunez has been scamming people for 3 years or more. He takes peoples money, and they cannot reach him afterwards. He leaves my company name, and sometimes phone number. I have had to change by business number. Please remove this entry, as it hurts my business. Kevin Nunez is the scammer, not Student Loan Advocates.

I was contacted by phone first by a person named Meghan about debt relief regarding my student loans. When I called back to Student Loan Advocates a person name Kevin Nunez said that he can help me and described the whole process of student loan debt consolidation and loan forgiveness. He sent me very professional and legit looking documents to fill in to have my debt consolidated by Department of Education. I was supposed to pay for 3 months a fee of $233/month for their services. My first payment should have started on May 7th. A gut feeling told me to call them today May 4th. When I called the phone number provided above a voice message informs that the number was blocked for attempt to scam related to IRS or Social Security scam. That is another proof that these people are scamming not only under student loans pretenses, but other pretenses as well.

Student Loan Advocates are scammers. I reported them to the Department of Education. They are hacking into Student Federal Aid and telling people they are consolidating their student loans and then are attempting to charge $100.00 to $200.00 dollars a month for a year or 2 years for monitoring your FASFA. I reported these people to the Department of Education. The Department of Education does this service for free.
