My first contact with this company was October 2016. I was told by Victor Nguyen, Bill Nguyen(probably same person as Victor Nguyen) and Raquel Mesa that my payments would go towards my student loans for 51 months. I was put on an income driven plan for my student loans. I was given a contract which is through Equitable Acceptance Corporations for $1414 at $42.42 a month. I have paid more then the amount quoted with interest. I was not told about paying no interest. I have tried to call and email every single email address and no success. I have received bounce back emails from [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected]. The names that are listed are the persons who I have been in communication with throughout this process. I don't see no payments being made on my student loan accounts. I don't see the reason why I'm paying a 3rd party vendor if my student loans will continue to accrue interest on an income driven plan. When I good to their advertise website studentloancare.com the website is invalid. I can't cancel my payment arrangements from Equitable Acceptance Corporations because that account will be forwarded to a collection agency. This Student Loan Care company has another address that's been advertise as 1371 Warner Avenue Suite E Tustin, CA 92780. I have gave this company my SSN and other personal information.

I contacted Student Loan Care LLC for help with possibly being put on a payment plan to pay off my student loans. i had multiple loans and Student Loan Care LLC said they would consolidate the loans into only one and take me off what they said was "default". With them doing so i needed to pay an entrance fee to theyre program of $750 in increments of $151 per month for 5 months. After that "entrance fee" was paid they said my payments would then be lowered to $32.60 per month for the next 138 months. Once i paid the $750 i noticed that i hadnt recieved any emails or notices through mail or anything for my new lowered upcoming payment. So on my credit report it shows that my loans were consolidated into 1 loan but not with the Student Care Loan LLC, but with the *** ***. i called *** and had gotten previous emails from them and provided them with my monthly income which they said i qualified for the $0 a month payment plan. *** said they have no payments on theyre history from me toward my student loan and they informed me that there is no entrance fee charge and that Student Loan Care LLC is a third party scam. Since finding this out i have had to cancel my debit card and file a dispute to hopefully try and get back the money that was wrongfully charged.
