I was contacted by this company after I had sent in my student loan forgiveness application to the government. I had completed an application with them and process saying that after 5 payments of 239.00 they would help with student loan forgiveness paperwork. I provided them with my loan provider password and login. Their phone numbers always varied and they were very unprofessional on phone. The website would say student loan forgiveness centers as their name but paperwork would say student loan professionals.

Same story as above. They got 239.00 of my money until I stopped payment with my bank. Everything cited in Complaint 98408 checks out with me. Seemed legit when they mailed me the forms but the woman who reviewed my info was Filipino. Same base in Las Vegas.

I contacted this company about student loans. I thought this was a branch of the department of education. They asked me for my information and ran my credit. They said I qualified for forgiveness once I made a payment of $899. After I received email confirmation I noticed the company name was not dept of education. I looked up the company and all the reviews were negative. I contacted my bank to stop payment. I contacted the company and told them I changed my mind, delete my account and information and, do not try and take payment. They said they would do that. Then they immediately tried to take the payment. Then I got other charges for hundreds of dollars from South Africa. My bank blocked all these attempts. This is a two person operation. A man with an easy indian accept, and his associate a woman who claimed to be Filipina. They use a Las Vegas number.
