I was called by this company and i returned their call. They had access to my student loan information and were able to change the password on the studentaid.gov website confirming the loan amount while i was on the phone. Wow, that is scary. they told me they wanted to sign me up for the student loan forgiveness program. i am already enrolled in the program. it is free to sign up. the representative told me the rules had changed. You can not sign up for forgiveness until you have made the number of payments required on the program. The representative said the rules had changed and you had to sign up again and you would loose all the payments you had paid into the program so far.. she said the new program requires a new application. the processing fee for the program is 4 payments of 180$ with a total paid for the application process was $720. I signed a clixsign agreement with the above address listed on the website on the ScamPulse.com site. I called the leasing agency for the suites and was told by the manager the company has not been there for almost two years. the person who paid the monthly fee was named Robert Mandez , not Melissa Bush (listed on BBB). he did not provide a forwarding address. How can a company be legitimate when they are not answering their phone calls once you sign up. they are not providing the correct information where they are located. I also spoke with a law firm that is in suite 100. the secretary answering the phone said they have not been there for two years. they only had a mailbox. it was near the mailbox where the goes to collect the attorney's mail. to confirm this information i am providing to you you can call the manager of the complex at 714-573-4000. if this company is legitimate, then they need to be providing correct information and they are not. The complaints are piling in and no one is doing anything.. PLease list this company as a scam. IT appears they are . It took me all of 10 minutes to find this information out.

After you call back to cancel, the phone number they give you to call back is stating the phone number is no longer a working number. The rep does not respond via email or any of the other phone numbers they given to you. It is absolutely a scam. feel free to contact me if you need more information. I was so angry i did my research. it is a scam.
