I was contacted by this company, informing me that they could assist me in getting partial student loan debt forgiveness. They had me give them my debit card information, which they used to debit $240/month from July 2021 to November 2021. These were processing fees and were not applied to my loan debt. They would call and leave voicemails while I was at work, asking me to return their calls. When I attempted to return their calls, no one would pick up. I was also told that I didn't need to make any payments on my student loans while they were working on my loan forgiveness. I was already in a loan rehabilitation program and this put me back into default. The only way now to get out of default on my loans is to pay them off. This company is robbing people, do not give them any information.

Adrian from student prep center said after making 4 monthly installments of $200 my students loans would be wiped clean. I gave him my debit card info & social security number.. only to find out this is a scam. I’ve contacted my bank and the social security office/general offices

Had been contacted about relieving my loans if i had more than 5000 in loans the representative as he went by ayden like many others here had lead me to believe they assisted in helping with situations and he took some basic info to see if i qualified he then stated i qualified and I would have to pay 720 or 4 payments of 100 something. Never was I explained process and when i sent email to cancel i got contacted back all he was worried about is if i authorized bank yet to confirm payment which i did not and froze already. I then say i wanted to cancel which there policy was 72 hours and i did send to email but now i get call from scam likely source saying we got your email and we will be sending confirmation shortly which i have not received. This company is a cash scam and is not legitimate when asking for supervisors they will drop call. I can see why others fell for this as they lure you in with knowledge that seems real. But they are trying to make money for something they won’t do for you by submitting applications. Which they will lie about process in any way to get you to make a payment. If there workers really don’t know what they are apart of then that is truly sad.

I got a letter in the mail claiming to be able to help set up payments and or forget part of my student loans. Then I got a phone call and throughout the phone call they strategically gather more and more information and claim to forgive about 90% of your loan at the end of it all you are charged and nothing comes of it so you must cancel your card and dispute the payment and probably even freeze your credit

This company left a voice mail on my phone. I had just recently submitted for student loan forgiveness through the PSLF Fed Student Aid program and thought this was a follow up and I called back. This person asked to verify my email, phone number, and address then said he would send a six digit code to me to be able to evaluate my application. I did not realize this was the six digit code to get into my federal student aid account, but then he went in accessed my account, told me he was changing the password to "Student1" (I have since changed my password) and then accessed my account and said he was sharing it with his processing team and put me on hold. He came back on the line telling me I needed to make four $180 payments to have my loan forgiven and that I needed to agree to this now, but that I would have 72 hours to cancel. I said this is shady and got off the phone quickly; changed my password; and then put a freeze on my credit with the three main credit bureaus.

This scammer wasn’t the original one who contacted me but is connected in the scheme. I spoke with an enrolled in the “program” by a male prior to this individual calling with a “welcome call.” They claimed to offer an opportunity for me to reduce and cancel my student debt that was associated with department of education if I agreed to a few months of making payments around $180/each. I believe the total came to more than $700. I believed there was a form Raelene Saldana was going through with me to verify my “enrollment” in this student loan forgiveness program.

I was left a voicemail by a kind (and American) sounding live woman (not a robot) saying they were calling to talk to me about my loans and about possible loan forgiveness for the stimulus. Loan forgiveness is a real thing for public service employees that had been on my mind, and I figured since they knew I had loans that they were with the government or were an affiliated agency. When I the man on the phone also sounded kind, knowledgeable and had an American accent. He knew my full name and address (and phone number) so again I was fooled into believing his legitimacy. He said that he could ask me some questions about household size, yearly income and my profession to see if I qualified for a loan forgiveness plan that was just passed. I am a teacher making under 65k a year so he said I qualified and after putting me on hold for about a minute said I was approved (too quick, sketchy). He said I could start a 60 month payment plan with a $0 monthly payment plan. Further in the conversation he mentioned that before that I would have to pay $180/month for 4 months to the agency for their expedition fees. In the beginning of the conversation he said I could sign up online or on the phone with him, but when I heard the pricetag and said I would think about it and signup online he said that it would take me 4 months to get approved and that I have a higher chance of being rejected. He went on a spiel about how their company helps the public's money not get stolen by the government. When I requested any document to be sent to my email so I could review it to possibly sign later after researching and discussing, he said that these documents expire and that he would only send the document if I was definitely going to sign it while we're on the phone so I wouldn't "waste his time" (!!!), but that I could cancel after 3 days if I changed my mind later. I asked him where I could check their credibility while we're on the phone on he gave me their own website, which of course makes it look great. I said that if they want customers to trust them they can't only send documentation if the customer is going to sign right then and there, since they are just a random number leaving me a voicemail that we don't know if we can't trust. to which he hung up on me. I had already given him my (new) address. the name of my current loan servicer, birthdate, profession, yearly income, and email address. If I had continued I would have asked for credit card number to charge for the initial payments.

DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY!

A representative called me and left a message that I was pre-qualified for the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness Program. They quoted me $720 ($180/mo. for 4 months)for $15,000 forgiveness in student loans. When I first called I was directed to a live person almost immediately. The of course took all my information, told me I qualified and would I like to make my first payment. Stupidly I did. Then I looked them up in Google (per my sister's suggestion) and found they were a scam.
I immediately called them back to cancel and get my money refunded. I was on hold for 20 minutes. I tried to call back about an hour later and was hung up on 4 times.
I am disputing the charges with my bank!

This company will call you and advise that you can get immediate student loan forgiveness, simply after qualifying and paying a small fee over a course of several months time.

The forgiveness they offer is the Income Driven Repayment plan that any individual can apply for themselves, FOR FREE, directly with their loan servicer with the Department of Education. This is simply a company saying they will fill the paperwork out for you, charge you a fee, and say your loan is forgiven, when it is NOT. (Many times it leads to borrowers going into default with the Department of Education due to the negligence and malfeasance of companies like these, because they were told they were forgiven when it is not the case.)

The Income Driven Repayment loan forgiveness program is a 20 year term, meaning the loans are forgiven after 20 years. When it comes to student loans, the only people you should speak with are your Federal Loan Servicer, OR the institution from which the loans were taken out to attend. Speaking with anyone or any other company opens yourself up to un-necessary risk.

This company claims to collect money for payment of your student loans. They provide no service and the money they collect is not applied to your student loans. Do not trust these fraudulent calls!
