Merchant called, (knowing I signed my daughter up for ACTs) offering prep materials. Stated if we return materials in 30 days we get money back. I returned materials, but no refund. The merchant then charged me another $160. I called and he said it was for online access. I never signed up for online access. He then said I returned materials late (which I did not). I asked him when he mailed them to me, could not give me that date, said he doesn't have it. But has the return date of materials. If you don't have the mailed out date then how can you say the return date was past due? SCAM!!!
