I inquired about student loan forgiveness programs on the federal student aid website and the following day I received a call from the student prep center stating they could help me and I qualified for assistance through their program for assistance and all I had to pay was $800 total. This was in July/August 2021. I agreed to the program. I shared my FSA.gov login information so they could help with my default loans. My case went through several reps and the contact information changed. I filed a complaint last year with ScamPulse.com and received a call from a representative assuring that the company was legit and not a scam. I haven’t received any further information or feedback since. I uploaded all information such as the agreement and couple emails. I request a total refund of the $800 paid for services I did not receive. Please email me back at ************************
