I reached out to the owner regarding a logo being made on 3/25/23. She provided me with her price list and policy that stated the logo would take 3-5 business days to receive design. I reached out on 4/3/23 considering it was past the deadline about an update and she stated she would sent it that day or the next. I reached out again on 4/6/23 asking for a refund. She did not reply and I reached out again on 4/7 requesting my money back and she still did not reply. It is 4/27/23 and she still has avoided my concerns.
