When I did a subscription on this website, it didn't give me my login information but I received a charge. I tried to do it again but then I got charged again. I canceled the second subscription and yet I couldn't be able to cancel the first subscription because I used the same email because I thought it glitched out. I tried contacting the customer support and yet they haven't responded to me in a month. I get another email on how they will be renewing my first subscription but I can't do anything about it because I already canceled the second subscription.
