I saw a ad on instagram & clicked on it. The website advertised free study materials for nurses. I clicked on it to see if it was really free and I clicked checkout. I noticed 12 items in my cart, one was free and the rest were $0.99. I removed everything except the free ones. The total was $0. I clicked pay with Apple pay because I had to do this even though it was $0 to get to the next screen. As soon as I double clicked it the pay went up to $11, I tried to cancel it but it was too late. I have email correspondence asking for a return and that I did not agree to pay $11 but they refuse to refund my money.
