I found that another user has posted a technical question I also had from a school assignment. The solution was blurred but clearly appeared to be there. I signed up and paid $** to view it, however, upon payment which was immediately deducted from my bank account I found that the question was not answered and was not even active having been archived which does not pop up to tell you until you pay. I asked for a refund June 6th and have been getting the run around and as of todays date have received no refund nor any indication on when I would get one and have since been ignored from their contact. I paid specifically for an answer to a question and it did not exists; I paid for a service that was not fulfilled and am being essentially refused a refund. Many reviews online from multiple sources confirm that this is repeated behavior, I am not sure how they are still around, but this is unacceptable.

They told me to contact Paypal about not receiving the payment that they assured me that I received. I did contact paypal, and yet again they told me that it was on Studypool's end. They did not send the payment to me like they have claimed to.
