I order product online back on 12-13-24 and the order was supposed to be delivered between 7-10 business. That frame went by and then I noticed that I never received a email about the status about my order. So I emailed immediately to them to see what is going on. It was 12/19 now they mentioned to me that the order was under customization and that it was under processing. So I waited understanding that it was right around the holiday time. However it now the 01/05/25 and I still have to keep reaching out asking for the updates. I got tired of BS so I requested for a refund that so that it would take about 5 -7 business yet again. I don’t trust this company. I believe that they’re scammers just offering fake information to just take from someone and not deliver the product. So I need your help.
