I hope this email finds you well. I am reaching out to seek your assistance regarding a troubling issue I encountered while purchasing from a website that claims to sell authentic Stüssy clothing. Below are the details of the situation:
1. Misleading Branding and Counterfeit Products: I purchased items that were advertised as Stüssy brand clothing. However, upon receiving the products, it was immediately clear that the items were counterfeit. Both the Stussy logo and the quality of the garments did not match the authenticity of genuine Stüssy products.
2. Size Exchange Miscommunication: After completing my purchase, I contacted the customer service team via email to request a size exchange. I received a response from them confirming that the exchange would be processed. However, this promise was not fulfilled. The size exchange was not completed, and I was sent the wrong size.
3. Fake Products Received: Upon receiving the items, it was obvious that they were not authentic Stussy products. The logos were poorly reproduced, and the fabric and stitching quality were far below the standard expected from genuine Stussy merchandise.
4. Refund and Return Denial: I immediately contacted the company to request a return and refund for the counterfeit products, but I was informed that no refund would be issued. Additionally, they refused to provide any assistance with the return process. This is in stark contrast to the return and refund policy advertised on their website.
