I then sent a message via Facebook messenger on 5/22. The response I got was that my order was lost in transit and the order would go out "tomorrow" (5/23) and received Monday (5/27- Memorial Day)
I reached out again on 5/28- No response. At this point I began seeing comments from other customers asking where their orders were. (similar to my situation- no response, weeks with no updates etc...)
I reached out again on 5/29 and received a response that my order was dropped off at USPS but the employees of USPS asked for patience since only two people would be scanning in the packages and over 1,000 were dropped off. I have attempted to warn other customers that this is a scam and three times my comments have been removed from facebook- now I am blocked from commenting or sending messages and anyone else who had a comment that was not positive has been removed.
There is still no update on USPS.
I believe they are attempting to "string people along" until the 30 day window passes where people can dispute the transactions. I have disputed this with my credit card company to get a refund- still pending.
