I ordered 3 items in April 2022 from this company I found on Facebook. I never received a tracking number, I still haven't received my items and they have no phone number and a generic Gmail account. I have emailed them on multiple occasions with no response. They have a chat bot that I'd only automatically generated. So i finally reached out via Facebook Messenger around July 3 and got a response apologizing for the issue and then she researched my order and advised it would be sent out that week. I went out of town for 3 weeks and returned to still nothing. I have the items going to parents address so I can ensure 100% that the delivery will be safe and signed for. As of today I've emailed the twice, sent several Messengers, and 4 chat bots with no communication. I just noticed they don't have an address either. I

All I want is to be refunded my money and be done with this sherade.
