Ordered a backpack from their website, styleitdisney.com, received confirmation number and order number. A few hours later I received a text message stating that their system was down and they were unable to fulfill orders. It stated that I had already been refunded and to repay using Venmo or Cashapp. Venmo-@phillipsjamison Cashapp-$WaltDisneyWorld1971. Of course, I didn't send anymore money as I had not been refunded. I've emailed and tried calling several times, no answer. I've sent text messages and requested my money back via Venmo, since the Venmo handle was given. It was declined. Funny how they can decline a Venmo request but not answer the phone? The website is no longer up, it was changed to something else.
