I ordered an item online on 12/06/22 for a backpack, my debit card was charged and a few weeks later I realized I never received a confirmation. I emailed 3 times through the contact on website with no response. I also tried the chat option, where they told me I had been refunded and I needed to order it again. So I did, and again my debit card was charged. I attempted to contact them several times, they told me to order a third time, but I refused. Now the website is down, they took my money twice, no refund and no item.
