I ordered 3 items back in August of 2023, the items arrived a month later in September 2023. The items were of poor quality and one of the items I did not order. A sales order was not in the bag. ( items was shipped in a bag. squished together). Right after receiving the purchase, I immediately tried to reach out to get a return label. They wanted to know what for and asked me to send them a picture of my item. I did. They said that what I ordered was slightly different. I asked for a return label. they said that they do not except orders back that are slightly different. I had emailed them numerous amount of times trying to get a return label for 1 of the items that I did not order and for the other 2 items that I do not want. I had been trying to get my money back since September of 2023 and now it's November 2023. All I want is my money back. I ordered 2 pants suits and a Jumper. 1st pant suit is red with a gold looking chain over the shoulder. The 2nd pants suit is black with beads on the sleeve, and the jumpsuit is royal blue
