Ordered a sneaker organizer back in early October. The website said it would take 7-10 business days to arrive. Its now November 15th, and I never received the product and they also took my money. I emailed with them multiple times to inquire, they gave me a tracking number, the tracking number said parcel was delivered (which it wasn't). I emailed them to ask what carrier was used and what there policy was to help me receive my package. My email bounced back saying the address they gave me was no longer valid
