I booked an appointment with Trel the Beauty Slayer via StyleSeat on Friday, January 10, 2025 for a closure sewin and mini glam. I paid my initial deposit of $177.00 per via StyleSeat. On Friday, January 10, 2025 at or about 1:14pm I reached out to Trel the Beauty Slayer via StyleSeat for the address since it was not listed on the account. I reached out to her again via the Instagram account she had linked on StyleSeat. I received no response. At or about 2:00pm I received an email from StyleSeat that I was a no call-no show. The number she has listed ###-###-#### was disconnected preventing me from reaching out to her via telephone. I went through StyleSeat to dispute the charge and to get a refund because no services were render although I attempted to reach out to the stylist. Through the dispute email, Terika aka Trel the Beauty Slayer impersonated me via text using a fake number to act like she was me to cancel the appointment and ask like I texted her for the address when that was no possible due to her number being disconnected that was on StyleSeat. I was charge for the entire service for $364.00. In the email thread, she stated she never communicated with me regarding my services, yet you used a fake text message stating I was communicating with you and was a no show.

Hi I had a previous hairstylist cancel on me last minute which forced me to search for a new stylist. I found “Faith Parker” on Styleseat.com and I asked her if she can do walk ins and she responded yes with additional service information and told me that a deposit of $45 is needed before booking. I cash app her $45. She told me my appointment would be at 4:00pm so I waited the whole day until it was time for my appointment and when I asked her for the address she said she would send it in a second and hours went by without an address. I called and texted over and over and she blocked me from reaching out to her. I read another review about her that said the person was also scammed as well. The page is fake and i feel like it should be investigated. Thank you for your consideration
