I tried to buy what I thought were “Billy Footwear” shoes. I ordered and paid $32.50. They sent an email saying that my bank statement would show the descriptor “cconduct” instead of the website that I bought from.

They told me I could track my order using https://dvftrack.com. I’ve been tracking it for 6 months now. About a month ago it stopped updating, says it’s at 95% and will be at my house within 14 days. The phone number for customer service is always busy.
