I ordered a hoodie back in May for my boyfriend at almost $50. I've been trying since July to find out what the hell is going on with no response. I'm over this and am about to get a lawyer involved.

I ordered 2 NBC blankets back in the beginning of July got the conformation email and didnt recieve nothing. Tried emailing them and they never responded. I spent close to $150.00.

I ordered an outfit and a pair of shoes for a total of over 130.00 in sales. The package finally came in June but was delivered to wrong address and when I tried to contact them multiple times to resolve the issue there has been no response. I have given them proof of purchase as well as a letter from the postal office. Still no response from them and it is now July.

I ordered an outfit through this site it took 66.47 off my card confirmed the order but I never received a tracking number I also paid for quicker shipping I ordered on the 12th and then on the 15th I got an email saying it was shipped. It's been almost two weeks and I still have not received my outfit. I have also emailed style skull support SIX TIME IN THE LAST WEEK AND NO RESPONSE! I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY I CANT EVEN GET A RESPONSE!? I don't even want the outfit now and my money back this is a horrible site and I will never try to order from here AGAIN

this company is awfully funny normally companies do not take any money off of your bank account or your credit card until the item actually shipped but they immediately took things off which is just weird this is an add-on to what I forgot to say before very disappointed this needs to be stopped businesses can't scam people like this is not right ignoring people that purchase something from your website or your business is not very good business practices I seen an ad on Facebook for this website so I thought it would be good well I guess I was wrong I am going to contact my bank seeing what I can do about getting a refund because this is BS I've never been so upset in my life

I ordered a ring on May 1st it was a Jack and Sally ring and it was to be an engagement ring it is now May 22nd and I haven't got no email about it being shipped it has been already taken off my bank card and all I get is a notification saying I'll be notified when it was shipped I have written repeated emails no one will respond I really want my money back for this item this is bad business they should be reported to the better business bureau you don't take somebody's money off immediately and not send the product that someone has ordered especially when they have plans for said item that they're paying for and expect to get very bad business I am livid with this people I will never order from them ever again

I wasted 60$on a super cute jack outfit. money was taken immediately, no further contact, other then a single email stating item was shipped. have sent multipul messages and emails. it has been a month since the item was "shipped". I am livid and want my darn money back

My husband ordered a cute nightmare before Christmas outfit. It was “shipped” on April 26, it’s now almost a month later. Nothing has arrived. We have emailed them asking for tracking or literally any information they can give us... no response. Couple of day ago tried the same. Still nothing. He paid almost $68 to basically thin air. Thankfully the bank is nice enough to refund me the money and report the site on their scam list.
