I received the shirts and promptly (within one day) returned the one that didn’t fit, with the tags on and in the original bag, and emailed the tracking number. They responded that there would be no refund because the shirt was severely damaged and attached a blurry picture that does not show damage.
I was quite upset and wrote them back that I felt I was being scammed. They responded that I should have been more careful when I wore it because I got make up on it . It told them this was impossible because 1) I don’t wear makeup; 2) I don’t wear clothes with the tags on them; 3) I don’t wear clothes that are the wrong size; 4) there’s no evidence of a makeup stain in the picture; 5) the shirt is black so how would makeup even show up on it and be severely damaged?; and 6) I DIDN'T WEAR THE SHIRT BC IT DIDN'T FIT
