STYLEWE.com is a clothing website that advertises FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURNS and they do neither. I purchased a two piece outfit for about $70. The skirt came and I was not satisfied with the material so I initiated a return. I was told thru their chat line that I would have to pay $7.50 for a return mailing label or I could receive 50% of the purchase price. Mind you I have another piece coming so I would have to pay another $7.50 if I mailed them separately. Another offer was the 50% refund which means I have paid for shipping in advance and I lose half of the purchase price. THEY ADVERTISE FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS AND IT IS FALSE ADVERTISING.

I have recently purchased several items. When they arrived disgusting smell occupied entire apartment, I firstly thought that it might be due to the delivery, I decided to wash it. I washed it already 6 times, that smell even became worse after being exposed to the wind. I have reported about defective products to stylewe. What was the surprise when confirmed that clothes had such issues, they recommended me to use hair dryer to remove smell! It’s absolutely impossible task. Do I need to pay for goods that are toxic for the skin and smell like an aceton or I don’t but it’s intolerable smell… I asked them to collect their goods, however I faced with absolute ignorance about the quality of products they sold, they are saying they must comply with company policy which is saying: sell worst quality products from China and no further obligation if customer actually unpacked the goods and washed them to be able to wear… Company policy is about careless approach towards any health issues their uncertified products can cause to someone’s health…Instead of imideatly fixing issues they just kept me offering 15% discount. Did I ask for discount? I needed responsible compliance with laws and regulations. No, they can’t sell toxic materials, disregarding customers request, it’s not our caprice to get quality and safe products. It’s just obligatory requirements for the Seller. I don’t know in which country this Seller is operating but for sure there’s no such country that is allowing compromising with the safety of customers. And they already knew what they were selling and what sort of issues their clothes had when I reported that.

The company boasts on their website that when merchandise is purchased it is eligible for return if you are not satisfied with the merchandise. But it says that they will provide the customer with the return shipping address which is different than the address shipped from.

I inquired for the return shipping address prior to making a purchase and the company refused to give it.

i too have not received my product, why are these web sites not monitored more carefully? it's in a foreign country but it's out there for the public to see, i'm not going to order on any on-line shopping. scammers are really s----y people.i lost $48.52 hard earned $$ lesson learned.

Order placed and company never sent it. I reached out numerous times and went around and around with them. They refuse to cancel the order and issue refund. So now i'm filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

Their online advertising photos look nothing at all like the merchandise they are sending to customers and they give a hard time to return the items

Bait and switch products. Photo show fabric very different from what is shipped. When attempting to return, they offer 15% off if you keep it otherwise it is very expensive to return the order to Ghangzhou China”. Next email they offer 35% off to keep it.

Placed 2 orders with Stylewe for clothing, found out once I received the clothes they were not returnable to the return address (New York), the return needs to go to China. Cost to return to China is around $100 for a small package, nothing on their website or sales slip to show their return policy other than it is the customer responsibility. Two of the tops were defective (buttons did not fit in the buttonholes, another top had no buttonholes at all), 2 were too small, but I'm stuck with them. Stylewe offers a 15% discount not to return and keep the clothes, when I said no I want to return they offered 25%. When I received the return label it shows a China address. There are other complaints about Stylewe on the ScamPulse.com website for the exact same issue.
First time I've ordered online and had this issue.
If BBB.com has any pull with this company, they need to be honest and place this information on their website.

Stylewe.com is a complete scam. I placed an order on May 7,2021. After six emails and 3 months later, there is no merchandise, no refund, no number to call, and no longer any replies from STYLEWE. i have all the completely useless standard email replies from STYLEWE: " your order has been shipped, here is the tracking number. The link info IN CHINESE.

Don't order from StyleWe. They are nice looking pieces of clothing on the internet, but they are junk. And, if you want to return your item, they inform you that you would have to return it to China and pay shipping plus fees on domestic items. It would cost at least 50% of what you originally paid for the item. This company then offers a 15% cash back if you just want that instead of incurring exorbitant fees to return the item. It is a scam. You do receive the clothing but for example, buttons are cheap plastic, they don't fit into the button holes and their sizing is different from one item to another, so if you order a medium, one item will be that and another will be an extra large even though it says medium. The clothing comes from California but you return it to China. Whoever heard of this...ridiculous. This blouse is in a used bag with a faded upc sticker.

Purchase garments from the website, and provided a credit card for payment. The garments did not fit and after six (6) requests for a Return Label (which I never received), and was finally sent an E-mail stating the company is located in China.

This process of six (6) E-mails, and I have left 10 phones (not one has been returned) has taken 5 days. And now, I still have not received a Return Label, and non of my money has been returned to date (8-13-2020)

This site takes other peoples clothing creations and manufactures a cheap knock off, charging a minimum of $50.00 for something that probably took cents to make. Made a large clothing order. Items were not as advertised and did not fit. Requested a return shipping label and received this message:

Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fee). Your refund will be processed after our return center received and inspected the return package.

Since International return might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return cost on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you 15% cash refund or 20% store credit refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.

Shipping my items would cost more than $400 to ship to China because of weight. Be afraid of StyleWe, be very afraid.

This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with online or in brick and mortar. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered several dresses in May and thought the clothes looked so cute and unique. I ordered up in size by 1-2 sizes per the online sizing advice. It arrived after 4 weeks, which was several days AFTER I actually needed the items for an event. What I received look NOTHING like I saw online. The clothing is cheap, poorly made and is in line with the quality you find at Ross or Forever 21 or worse. None of it fit, nor would I have wanted it even if it did. I sent it back.

I declined their scam to give me a 15% cash refund or 20% store credit for my purchase (rather than returning the items) and spent the expensive shipping back to China. My package made it all the way to China in REGULAR mail in 2 weeks (which is over 7000 miles), but they are claiming it did not make it 621 miles their headquarters 3 months time!!! Of course, you cannot track your package to China and they are now claiming the tracking has expired (convenient). They state it must be lost or "may" be returned to me.. LIKE I WOULD WANT TO SEE THAT *** AGAIN!

Bottom line, I don't care how cute you think their stuff is, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It is a SCAM and you can find much better stuff out there from a company with more reputable business practices!

My order number is ***. I spent $253.24 on my 3 dresses and have yet to see any money returned since it arrived in Beijing on 6/12/19.

Stylewe’s internet “easy return or exchange” claims are absolute misrepresentation!

The dress I purchased from Stylewe ran smaller than the Stylewe sizing chart indicated it would. When I contacted the company to return the dress within the given time period, they informed me that I would have to ship it back to their home office in CHINA before a refund could be considered, with me paying the overseas return shipment fees along with any tariffs or taxes. The shipping alone is $18. They said I could avoid all shipping fees, taxes, etc. if I agreed to take a 15% refund on the cost of the dress. In other words, I paid $61 for a dress I can’t wear only to be offered a $10 refund. They misrepresent their return/exchange policy then scam the unwary out of $75% of the merchandise cost.

StyleWe is likely a scam "business". I ordered a dress from their website and after two weeks of not getting a shipping notification I had to e-mail them for a status. They claimed the item was being made in bulk by the manufacturer and they asked me if I could wait a couple more days and they said they'd notify me when it ships. A couple more weeks went by with me occasionally checking the status. I always got an email back from someone by a different name than the previous email. This made me suspicious. For the additional couple weeks they also kept giving me the same line about the manufacturer making it in bulk and asking me to wait a few more days. So the first problem is they sold me something they didn't even have in stock! Then I gave them a deadline to ship it or provide a full refund. The deadline passed and I told them to refund my money. They never did, this is the second problem. A couple days later I had to file a dispute with PayPal and eventually got the refund through that route. Don't order from StyleWe!! I stumbled on Stylewe on Facebook and I liked the dresses. I made an order for 5 or 6 dresses. My credit card company was hesitant to approve the payment until I called them to confirm my transaction. When I was about to purchase, I had read the return policy which says I can return to an unspecified "Return Center", by first contacting the company of my intention to return. When the dresses I ordered for arrived, none fitted me, I did not like them. When I sent them an e-mail of my intention to return the merchandise, the company pleaded for an exchange saying that the return center is in China. It was not indicated on the website that the return center is in China. My purchases was $245. I spent about $80 to return to the address in China. one week after the purchase arrived in December. Up till now, the company is yet to return my money. I sent them the USPS tracking number. As at January ending, in a chat with the company, they said they have not received the returned merchandise. How can you post an address in London on your website and ask the customer to return merchandise to China?

I found the Website via Pinterest. I made an online purchase, and the shiping details was not confrimed. The next I recived an e-mail stating that I have requested a refund and I will only be refunded the money for the item and not the shipping.

I complained to the company as there were no shipping, why would I be charged for it, as they cancelled my order before it was shipped.

Then they agreed to refund the full amount, but only in a couple of weeks. Once I said I will report them for with holding my money, they said they would hold it back even longer if I report them.

It is now 3 weeks later, and in every e-mail communication they have a new story. They claim to have refunded my Paypal account, but I do not have a Paypal account. I have the original e-mail where they confirmed the transaction was done trough my card.

They keep on sending me a link to their Paypal account in order to log in.

So far - I dont have my money back and have reported them on as many platforms as possible.

They front as online retailers. Once you depsoisit the money, they claim to have a problem with the shipping and do no refund your money.

I ordered a dress from this company and it is such poor quality and the size and color was wrong. I tried to return it and to return it I have to send it to Guangzhou China which I have to pay postage and custom fees. Which the cost would be substantial. It would cost more than the dress is worth. I found the add on face book. I tried to get in touch with the headquarters of Facebook to tell them what kind of company they have on there site. Also they offered me 15 percent credit if I keep the dress I don’t want.Please warm other people about this company.I would like to get my money back which I don’t think is going to happen.

I ordered "designer" clothing advertised online as I was reading email, not shopping - the ad appeared on the screen. The clothes were reasonably priced and looked beautiful, so I ordered 2 dresses. When the dresses came, I did not like them and felt they weren't as attractive as advertised and of poor quality. So I asked for the return label to send them back. THEN I was informed that the return center was in Guangdong, China and it would be very expensive to return or exchange them. This is because I would have to pay for the postage and customs charges and that if they weren't in the original packaging with all sales slips, I would receive no credit and no clothing. They offer a 15% cash refund or 20% store credit if the person chooses to keep the clothes and suggest that this money can be used to alter the clothes if they don't fit.

Obviously, I should have been more careful in buying but in most cases, these days stores and websites gladly refund money if the client isn't pleased.
