I saw an advertisement on TikTok that certain Hoka's were on sale. I used the link provided in the advertisement video, and I bought the shoes I wanted on April 5. Near the end of May is when I finally received an order, and they were shoes that are nothing close to Hoka's. I immediately emailed them after I placed the order to cancel it, because I was felt uneasy about the purchase, and tried contacting them again later and never got a response. I felt uneasy, because the sale wasn't on the actual Hoka website when I checked later, and it only would except debit card for payment. I'm having difficulties attaching files, but I can provide the email they sent, a picture of the shoes I received, and a bank statement if needed.

Followed a link from Instagram or tiktok - it was a Hoka shoe sale. Branded page, ordered and followed by order confirmation email- but then 1.5 months to arrive. no respond to requests for refund.
