DIRECT EXPRESS & (SUAVEBOD SCAM) !!!!! A follow up from my last review about Direct Express Card. Direct express is still saying that they have documents that I authorized the fraudulent charges for SUAVEBOD. Ava, is her name, stated that I ordered diet pills. I am 135 pounds and my daughter is even less weight. There was a 6 dollar promotional charge to start this game and then 89 dollars and another 89 dollars. I asked her how they could do this and where is the proof that I ever ordered this and that I got these diet pills, tracking or what have you??? She stated that was by regular mail, no tracking and no proof. CROOKED !!!!!!! Even when I told her that I have had no dealings with this company and have never received a thing from them. I was told that I needed to contact Suave Bod. They have an account for me, which when I called early on in the game, they did not have an account for me. They would not let me speak to a supervisor and I was told that they were all in a conference in the next building and wanted only to know my email address, home address, name, phone number and if I had gotten a negative response from Direct Express. I could tell at that point that they will most likely, charge our card again. I promise you, THEY WILL CONTINUE with many more. Wow !!! They told me that I had to un dispute my dispute with direct express and hung up, CLICK. This is another crooked company and you will get no where. They Still have my disabled child's money and they will not return it. I never ordered a thing, nor did I ever receive anything from them, much less diet pills. I do remember trying to order flowers online, for my daughter, which were never delivered. The refund was on my card but they definitely got the card info there. Direct Express stated there was a breach with a merchant but would not tell me who it was, so I could steer clear of that merchant. They know that their was a breach in security because they sent me another card but will not do the right thing with replacing the stolen money. I am done with all of this. Suavebod takes stolen card purchase info and sends no products.
