I PLACED AN ORDER OF 2/27/22 AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED WHICH CAME TO A TOTAL OF $250.98. AFTER READING EVERYONES STORY THIS PERSON/COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED BECAUSE IF NOT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO RIP PEOPLE OFF! IVE NOTIFIED ALL GOVERNMENT AGENGIES, THEY WILL SEE WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH WHEN IM DONE & THEY WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE SCAMMING ANYONE ELSE!

On 2/27/22 I purchased products from this company in the amount of $250.98 but never received the item as promised on 3/3/21. When I went to their website and tracked my order this company had created a shipping label but never shipped the products according to UPS.com tracking # ******************. I reached out to this company numerous times and they do not respond to emails, no telephone number's listed. I'll be happy to provide any documentation that you may need, I have all the documentation that supports the fact that I paid this company for products and they didn't deliver, this company is knowingly scamming people out of their money.

Do not trust them!

Ordered this bundle on 3/25/22. Printer malfunctioning, tried to contact them, website was down. (Under construction). Finally got an email answered from them. Approved a return, sent label, fully paid return. Returned item at beginning of May. Have proof item was delivered back at their address. Emailed again on 5/8/22, another week goes by without any contact. Now they have my money and the product back in their possession. If this is a legitimate business, they have the worst customer service.

Never received product ordered in January and never received the product contacted Better Business Bureau they contacted them they were told that they were sending it prior to soon as I got it in. So they close the complaint they have received product because they’re advertising that they have it in now but they will not respond to me nor are they send me my product or money back

$40.89 for shipping to send it back to the company. And another $40.89 for the Second printer i never purchased. I am waiting for a refund of $81.78 for shipping and $328.98 for the printer cost. I have not heard from them yet.

Ordered $324 printer bundle. No response, there is only a shipping label that has been created. There is no phone number to call and there numerous scam reviews after I started looking into them.

Purchased the large 4105 sublimation bundle that included the heat press. They sent be the smaller bundle that did not have the heat press included. Tried to call their customer service and it went to a voice-mail. Attempted to email them and never got a response. The larger sublimation bundle that I paid for included the heat press and cost 399.99. They send the smaller bundle that did not include the heat press which was priced at 199.99. Stay away from these scam artists and do not purchase anything from them.
