Online Retailer Scam

I purchased a product for a bra in a size that I figured would fit on August 23,2024. I did receive the bra. The bra did not fit as stated They first charged me $32.96 for a $26.37 bra. I did get a partial refund of $6.59 that wasn't the issue. I asked for a full refund of $26.37 in return of the bra. They tried everything in their power not to return it stating it was what I ordered . They were only going to send me back $2.00. I wanted a full refund ,which they stated they will send me $4.00 again, I wanted a full refund so they tried $6.00. Once again I mailed back asking to return the product for a full refund and they gave me an address in Guangong Province but yet, the package was sent from a Debrag Haboushs 3511 Victory Blvd Staten Island NY 10314. I looked her up and saw all scams. She did not exist. I asked them about the false address and they told me they had moved their shipping. Ive tried several times to contact "Paypal" and report the issue(being I started out that way) but they closed the case and would not let me explain the problem. My paypal transaction is ****************. The Invoice ID #**********-83460. Thank you for reading my problem. I have all my emails saved of them refusing to send me a refund.
