Lady called by phone stating from Suddenlink. Knew my full name and stated that I had exceeded my data for the month. Stated my plan was for 200 MB and would go to 500 for $10 more a month. When I asked questions, she was impatient and short saying she didn't have that information but customer service would and I could find that number on my phone bill and she gave me a number as well.

I called my Suddenlink company using the real number and was told I had not exceeded my data nor was I close anytime.
