Sudy (Untrustworthy App & Website)

Since yesterday of March 12th, I signed up for a dating service app called Sudy and I thought that it would be a good app to use. I've forgotten my password, so I did try to reset it on the app itself, but unfortunately, they would never send me a code or anything to help reset it via email, and they would barely offer any support and ask for information that I did not understand nor have, so I just kept on frequently contacting them, but they are not cooperative. These people definitely need the app and website shut down for good because they do not care about providing proper customer and technical support and on top of that on their website, while their certificates have been expired since January 7th of this year, and they did not update/renewed their certificate which put people's data and information at risk, so I do not feel safe going on there. I truly wish that they would do their due diligence and make things better by providing better quality service and technical support, along with safeguarding people's data and information.
