Shutterfly took my money for an order I placed. They confirmed my order and gave me a delivery date. They never delivered the product and then told me it would take 7-10 days for my money to be returned. There are several complaints online saying they have done the same thing to others. Do they take our money for fraudulent profit? If they are known to do this, that could be the case. This is very disturbing and needs to be investigated
