I placed my order on 01/06/24. I received an emailed receipt, but never received any information regarding tracking and shipping. I reached out to the company on 01/18/24 via email regarding my order and received an email from them on 01/23/24 stating that orders were backed up and that I should receive my order soon. I then went to google the company and found reviews on the internet and on both Instagram and Facebook. I noticed that I am not the only one who has went through this very same thing. There are numerous people who have ordered and never received their order and that's when I realized it was a scam. On 02/05/24, I reached out to the company via email again to request a refund. To date, I have received an acknowledgement of my refund request and still haven't received anything regarding tracking/shipping, nor have I received the actual product. Today on 02/16/24, I opened a fraud case with my bank to see if I can dispute my payment and report this company.

Placed an order with them back in November, and have not had an update since January. Says shipping label has been created and awaiting shipment, however when I go to track my order on their website, it doesn’t exist. I suspected a scam once I found their social media page and noticed people calling them out about their packages missing, (some of them waiting longer than me), and it alarmed me. I didn’t know where to start or what to do, because I have never been scammed before. I am very selective of the sites I buy from online, because I know most signs of something being off. But their website versus their social media is night and day. Comments are being deleted from their page everyday of customer concerned about their order, but their website shows nothing but excellent reviews.

Placed an order off the website december 13th 2023 and still have not received my order. The item order number does not exist on website. The reviews from other consumers are reporting the same issue no product received . Scam

I placed an order for two products from their website and paid for it with my debit card. They emailed me a receipt that included a tracking number for USPS. When I attempted to track the order through USPS tracking system, they reported that the product was never dropped off to be shipped. I have emailed the company 3 times with no response and they haven't refunded my money.

Ordered $100 worth of products on 12/8/23, and it still has not yet arrived. Tracking still states that the order is waiting in Tampa, FL, in "pre-shipment" phase. I emailed them, but no response. They are even deleting comments on their IG + purposely not responding to people inquiring about orders that they have not received. All I have to say is that if you are a consumer looking to purchase from this company, do not do it. If you have unfortunately purchased from this company, I highly recommend filing a charge dispute with your bank. SCREENSHOT EVERYTHING in case they need additional information. This company is a scam, and legal action needs to be taken against them.

I seen this product advertise on instagram thought it would a good product so I ordered on 12/26 It says my item was shipped the next day and the items show that it’s still at the “post office”. After looking back at the instagram page I noticed that soooo many people were saying they never got their orders!

I ordered early December 2023. A shipping label was created but nothing was shipped. They are selling tumeric and kojic acid pads to help remove dark spots and blemishes. I would like to attach or foward my receipt along with the shipping info as proof also if needed.

Placed an order online to this website. I had never placed an order with them before. My card was charged on December 11th, 2023 for $79.00 and days and weeks went by and I had no shipment number or tracking number I kept reaching out to the company through email because the phone number listed on the website is not a real phone number I requested a refund on many occasions and my requests were denied until I threatened to take legal action. My money was returned to me but it was a month after I had placed this order and only AFTER I threatened to take some sort of legal action. I had not read the reviews for this specific business on Shopify's page before I placed the order but reading them afterwards I see that I'm not the only one who had the same issue. I'm lucky I got my money back but I also read that a lot of other customers also did not receive their goods or their refunds or it took over 6 weeks for them to receive anything at all. I don't want more people to keep falling into this same trap so I thought I would file a complaint with you. Thank you.
