The seller is advertising products and taking money for purchases and not send the product and/or providing refunds. They are also not responding and the customer service response time is unacceptable. I purchased items on 1/09/24 and I still not have received my order or a refund! Also they provided me with an in valid tracking number and the system is showing that the shipper has not shipped the product.

They offer skin care pads for $39 and you never receive them. They ignore all of your messages with their standard shipping policy that clearly states how soon you should expect your package and they have failed miserably.

I placed my order on 12/15/2023 (order # 80951). I received tracking information on 12/22/2023 (USPS - 9400111206217530541413) and it hasn't updated since 12/26/2023. I have contacted customer service via email twice. No response was received. I in boxed this same company on Instagram, on Jan 3rd, 2024 and explained what was going on. Gave them my ordering information. I have yet to hear back from anybody that's affiliated with this company.
