Feb 16 - Called to phone no. 866-637-2482 on order confirmation #2074 to cancel the order and get refund because order was in error. Since that date we have called multiple phone numbers and received different instructions. Finally, we were told: "Order was shipped. Call when you get it to receive instructions on its return/refund." Have been given many different contact phone numbers/emails related to request for return/refund. Phone number on confirmation for order #2074, was company "hlasolutions" - 866-637-2482. CartPanda Support contact info given on confirmation: [email protected].
Subsequent phone numbers to resolve this return/refund: 866-746-4053, 800-432-3117, 866-637-2482, 904-619-3043, 866-746-4054.
Company names involved: SugClean, hlasolutions, Cartpanda, JetPack Nutrition.
Address for Cartpanda - 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808.

On phone and via emails we were told that refund would follow when we returned the product. Advised to return product to an address in Ohio. The address 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278 and its related phone per Internet is for JetPack Nutrition. Phone rep Yamila (904-619-3043) for JetPack Nutrition says her company is not associated with SugClean or Cartpanda. Yamila says she has received many phone calls in past month or two and advises a report to BBB.
We have disputed the charge on our credit card and will supply bank with all of our information/documentation.
DO NOT do any business with any of these products/phones/companies. Will continue to follow up with our local BBB.
