I purchased product after seeing a video on Facebook several times. At no time during the purchase process was there fine print about it being a subscription or any type of information at all. Somehow, even though I just requested one product, two products showed up. The product absolutely did NOT do what the video showed. I was charged roughly $5.00 in shipping and handling, plus an extra $1.95 for something they could not explain. Less than two weeks later, my card was charged $180.00 for the two products plus another $1.95. I called and reported it to my bank and tried to call the phone # and cancel. The person I spoke to, even though she said she was in Florida, spoke very broken English and I could not make her understand I didn't want this product. Approximately two weeks later, my card was charged again. I called again and spoke with someone who spoke a little better English. However, she could not tell me the name of the company, a company website or any information on the product unless I gave her my credit card # again. I refused and cancelled the card. This company took me for almost $275.00. I thought there was a law against false advertising in this country. I do not understand why Facebook allows scammers to advertise on their site.

They send you a trial for $4.95. After the trial hey charge your card $91. The number that they give you to cancel the trial puts you on endless hold. I called several times within the trial period, for a total of 51 minutes on hold and never got a hold of anyone. I did some investigating online and finally found another number to call, unfortunately by this time it was day 15. A very young, not well trained lady answered right away, but was terribly rude and condescending. I asked to speak with a supervisor an initially she told me no and that she would be helping me, I requested again and after a hold she told me the supervisor was busy, but she was authorized to refund me 35%. I politely declined and she yelled about me about how the supervisors don't have time right now and the only hope I had was to take the partial refund. I asked for the supervisor again and she said she could give me a 50% discount, but that I was really missing out by not taking advantage of their lifetime plan. I asked her more about the product and she revealed she doesn't work for the company, she is customer care and isn't familiar with what I had bought. The website that I initially went to was to look up face cream made by Melania Trump's company, somehow I ordered this product under false pretenses. Lesson Learned.
