I contacted Vrbo and property owner and neither would give me a refund. Vrbo customer service verbally said the property owner has to refund it and she refused and she also promised to send an exterminator to the property and never did as promised after my call to Vrbo several times by email and phone. Vrbo contacted the property owner on three-way and Suj Narayan (the name of the property owner) never sent an exterminator as promised verbally to Vrbo and me. There was also foil on the left window in the bedroom. She falsely advertised property. I want a total refund. The only thing she did refund was the pet fee she advertised in Vrbo website as $150 and charged me $200 and when I brought it up to her attention she told me to call Vrbo and she said they had to refund it and when I explained to her I just got off the phone with vrbo and they said she had to refund that herself so she sent me $50 through cash app from her husband’s account. The bathroom wall was cracking majorly and as stated before throughout the entire property. It was unbelievable how bad the property’s conditions were. The next-door neighbor after I talk to him, his name is Don he informed me the property owner lives in Highlands Ranch and has several property including this one and his. When I told him how much I paid for the property he couldn’t believe it. I know I was lied to several times by the property owner and scammed and I want my money back. I even left the property early after suspecting bed bugs.
