This number has been calling myself and my husbands phone number for weeks. We don't answer but the message is we are due in court but won't say for what. My husband spoke to them once and they wouldn't give up any information on themselves but wanted all my husbands personal information. He hung up on them and since we just been keep every message and records of how many times they call. I smell a lawsuit coming their way!

I received a voice mail message stating the message was intended for defendant (stated my name) . this was regarding papers were going to be served. But I could contact the plaintiff office at 877-757-0987 to settle the case. I called the # and they indicated that I was going to be charged with fraud for a bad check for $1000 in 2019. The checking account # I was given is not mine, but they said that they had documents to show it was. I asked if I could have a copy of those documents but said I would only get them if I waited to be legally served. The Law firm name I was given was Sullivan and Garret. while I kept being put on hold, I googled this law firm and saw that it was tied to a scam. I then asked for them to email me a copy of a document on letter head to validate they were an actual law firm. I asked for an address, and they gave me 264 W 40th street in Rio Rancho NM. When i googled that address it does not show a law firm located there. if I do owe someone something I am willing to pay, but they would not provide me with the information I was asking for. By this time, I had given my debit card # and they withdrew $400. They are looking to withdraw a total of $2187 over a period of 6 biweekly payments. Is this a valid Law Firm?????
