call at 8;30 on Sunday morning a woman with a very threatening voice asked for my daughter. my daughter never heard from this entity before and was told her work and any other income will be garnisheed and that my daughter will be served papers tomorrow tho this is the first

contact we have ever received from Sullivan no offer was mentioned to negotiate or discuss the situation just threats

thank you,I do have more information wife and L are two disabled seniors living on social security and my daughter is a single mother living

elsewhere. my daughter was told this had to do with bad checks,she does not use checks should I call Sullivan and ask for photocopys of all checks in question? Again I hope to hear from you soon as we need help xxxxxxxx.  I am willing to provide any additional information
