The address is a large water solution company. The name on the Paypal transaction was Sue Thierbach and her email on the Paypal transaction is

The phone number for the company is not a legit number. It is advertized to borrow to use for SMS.
The whole thing reeks of fraud.
I have contacted the company a few times, both thru their website and that email. NO RESPONSE.
