I purchased bathing suits from this company. They have a return policy that if you're not satisfied with your order, reach out to them for a return authorization within 15 days and they will send you a return address for a refund. I did just that.

They replied to my email but would never give me the return address. They just kept asking questions on why I wanted to return it and asked me to send photos.

I had several emails back and forth with them now (weeks apart) but they still wont give me a return address. They just give me the runaround.

When I googled this, I learned that other people out there are having the same issue. Sumalley never actually lets you return the item for a refund.
