I saw an ad on instagram for $9.99 crocs. I bought 3 and they took forever to send me my confirmation email. I also had to click the pay button twice. My total order came to $34.96 but I checked my bank account and they only took $26.47. They don’t have any legit customer service. No where you can cancel your order. It says to go to contact us page and submit a help ticket but no where on the contact us page does it state a help ticket. I have emailed them countless of times and no one has emailed me back.
